With the best fresh products of the island, he prepares homemade food that reflects the cultural diversity of the island, its Italian roots and all its influences. On their menu you can find lentil stew croquettes with creamy tinache goat's cheese and gofio, beef cheeks in red wine with sweet potato purée or fried Saharan squid with garlic and lime mayonnaise. Every day they offer new dishes depending on the seasonal items that arrive directly from the market.
