San Sebastian 57 is led by Cantabrian chef Alberto González Margallo, best chef in the Canary Islands 2018. Among its varied offer, we highlight as an example of flavour and authenticity its meat empanadilla and sriracha sauce (very much from Medellín, Pedro Nel's hometown), wreckfish with sweet potato or wild sea bass with warm vinaigrette and capers.
