With the Cantabrian chef Alberto González Margallo (elected best chef of the Canary Islands 2018) at the helm, the restaurant offers a subtle cuisine, where tradition and modernity merge, all with quality products. The restaurant has two atmospheres, one more classic and another more informal. Among the dishes that have made history in the restaurant are the cause of black potato, squid, king crab and black garlic aioli; micuit of foie and almond; grilled octopus with black potato foam, paprika from the side and volcanic arbequina; scallop fillet or suckling lamb shank.
