A global cuisine without limits, awarded with a star in the Michelin Guide. Its Nikkei gastronomy option reinterpreted by two chefs from the Canary Islands, which they call traveling and mixed cuisine. A transoceanic culinary journey that travels through Japanese, Peruvian and Canarian cuisines, developing a unique concept with a starting point and return in the Canary archipelago.

Led by chefs Adrián Bosch (absolute best cook of the Canary Islands 2012 and finalist in the Best Chef of Spain 2016 contest) and chef Eduardo Domínguez (absolute best cook of the Canary Islands 2016) with Daniel Rozada in charge of the dining room.

Open from Thursday to Monday during dinner hours from 18:30 to 21:30.
