Description
The raw goat's milk cheese is the star. They are made in the Natural Monument of Los Ajaches, in Femés, following the tradition of the Reyes family. The third generation continues with the business, which preserves the practice of artisan production. They look after their own livestock. Apart from cheeses, you can buy other products of the islands such as jams, mojos, wine, gofio, salt, mimos, mantecados... Canarian tradition and respect for customs.
