Small restaurant, with few tables and walls full of signatures and dedications from its most illustrious visitors. A place stopped in time, with a unique and special atmosphere, where every object reminds us of the Uruguayan origin of the family that owns the business. It specializes in Uruguayan meat, grilled sweetbreads, grilled sausages and, probably, the best salad in Gran Canaria. The most typical dessert is also a classic: the Uruguayan polvito, whose invention is attributed to the mother of the owners, Guzmán and Alberto De los Santos Lanus.
