Located in the port area of La Marina, with a pleasant terrace overlooking the pier and stoves seen inside, it offers an updated Canarian cuisine. It is essential not to leave without trying its famous black suckling pig with its crispy skin, vegetable sprouts and sweet compote or its seasonal tuna with ponzu sauce and green mojo coriander. Among the starters we highlight its terrine of foie stuffed with Guava, the tucha de cabrito majorero or grilled cheese and palm sap. Main courses, in addition to those we have already mentioned, the sancocho de cherne, with its gofio and its mojos; the cream of traditional broth of potatoes and coriander or duck leg confit with sweet figs raisins.
