The restaurant is located in a country house, with the kitchen open and the main room open to the landscape. It offers an international menu with influences from Japan, Peru or Lebanon, where there is no lack of Canary Island dishes. It bets on meat. Gonzalo Tamames, who has worked in some of the great temples of Spanish gastronomy, is at the helm.
