Traditional home cooking, with certain touches of modernity, but also Asturian cuisine. The menu includes Iberian ham croquettes, warm tuna or duck salads, Canary Island tuna, fabada, sirloin steak with Cabrales or chorizo in cider. There is also an assortment of suggestions conditioned by the seasonal products. It has an air-conditioned cellar with a capacity of 800 bottles.
