Located on the rooftop of a shopping centre in the south of Tenerife, with no aesthetic interest beyond the seafood counter at the entrance, this restaurant is a real discovery. Its fish, of irreproachable freshness, are kept on crushed ice in sight of the diner: chernes, corvinas, morenas, sargos, viejas, lomos de atún... It doesn't matter which one we choose because after passing through the kitchen they melt in your mouth, honeyed, exquisite. Their salads and shrimp carpaccio are also famous.
