Near Granadilla de Abona, in Chimiche, tradition and modernity coexist harmoniously in this restaurant, in the premises where Casa Fito used to be. Juan Carlos Magdalena is the owner. His gastronomic offerings include octopus salad with avocado and red mojo aioli; grilled wreckfish with limpet vinaigrette and broken potato, cod confit with sweet potato purée and saffron mojo or boned and pressed Canarian suckling pig with crackling earth and apple.
