El Rincón de Juan Carlos, located in La Caleta de Adeje and run by the Padrón brothers, is a restaurant that defends a style of cuisine where flavor and balance are the indisputable pillars of its elaborations, combining local produce with the most select international products. The cuisine of El Rincón, in the words of Juan Carlos himself, "is a logical, well-founded and coherent cuisine in which the diner can clearly appreciate the flavors; without disguise or techniques or presentations that sacrifice the essence of the dish".
Open from Monday to Friday during dinner hours from 18:30 to 21:30.
