Bodegas Viñátigo

Located in La Guancha, this winery produces wines that are the culmination of decades of work and that bring the volcanic soils of the Canary Islands and the native grape varieties directly to your glass.

Built from the same rocks on which it walks, the winery is designed to adapt to its surroundings and facilitate the winemaking philosophy of the project. In addition, the Viñátigo team has one thing in common: a commitment to showcasing the true essence of the Canary Islands. From recovering native grapes on the verge of extinction and carefully mapping soil types, to ensuring integrity in the winemaking process.

They conduct tours in small groups of 10 people or less, at 11:00 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
