Description

The origins of this cheese factory go back to 1972, when it was the first cheese industry in Gran Canaria. A small factory dedicated to the production of soft cheeses, one of the products most consumed by Canarians in their homes. Since then, Quesos San Mateo has been committed to maintaining the tradition, raw materials and freshness that have given your cheeses the flavour of a lifetime.
