Description

It uses cereals and nuts (almonds, wheat or barley) from the territory to produce its own brand of artisan beer. 45% of the products and raw materials used in the restaurant come from its own farm and orchard at more than 1000 metres above sea level. Although the gastronomic proposal is based on local products and traditions, the techniques used are also drawn from other cuisines
