Description

In an old colonial house recently restored, with high ceilings and three floors with elevator, chef Tadashi Tagami and sommelier Iago Modino have created in 2020 Tagami, Japanese cuisine with the best local produce on the market, where the chef prepares Nikkei and Oriental fusion dishes, with all the talent, creativity and technique that have given him that more than deserved international fame. Tagami, recommended by the Repsol Guide, has been linked to the projects of Kazan, where he was when the establishment had a Michelin star, and Abikore. Dishes such as tuna tartar, marrow and fried egg, snapper ceviche with squid and canchita, hake cocochas in tempura, eel and scallop nigiris, grilled scallops or monkfish casserole are already well known on the island. Desserts, such as cheesecake or apple tarte tatin, should not be left out. The wine list will satisfy the most connoisseurs.
