The tabaiba is a species of flora native to Macaronesia, hence the name of this project. Tabaiba, with a sun Repsol Guide and a Michelin star, was born from a philosophy based on the local character and the presence of the Canary Islands roots, as well as through close contact with the origin of the product.

Formed by a young team, its cuisine is characterised by being avant-garde, transgressive and chaotic, without forgetting the humble origins of Canarian gastronomy, taking into account sustainability and the utmost respect for the products that come into their hands.
