Queso Project Arrecife

A space dedicated to artisan cheese and with history, this is how the creators of Queso Project define themselves. To do so, they travel around the islands and look for small producers who make cheese that, in many cases, is only consumed in the area where it is made. Queso Project is committed to making these products visible and positioning them on the national scene.

You can buy them in your physical store or online, but it is convenient to call in advance to make sure you are looking for a specific cheese, because the productions are small and seasonal. They also make tasting tables of artisan cheeses.
