Description
Its wines are a true reflection of the Lanzarote terroir and hence its name, Puro Rofe. Eruptions in past centuries buried the fields under layers of ash -rofe- and farmers sought ways to get more fertile land by creating holes to cultivate the vines, giving rise to one of the most recognizable and original viticulture landscapes in the world. A unique place that is also a museum dedicated to Lanzarote's agriculture. All this in harmony to produce unique wines: Rofe white, Rofe red, Tilama, Masdache or Chibusque.
