The young chef Icíar Pérez is at the helm of this Michelin-starred restaurant with one Michelin star and one Repsol sun. Under the tutelage of the Padrón brothers (Juan Carlos and Jonathan), the young chef reproduces the proposals of the award-winning chefs, exalting their flavours, delicacy and creativity. The space, which has a separate entrance next to the hotel's piano bar, surprises with its refined, classic interior design. What will you find?
