Description

The dream of returning bread to its rightful place led Fernando González and Arancha Alzola to open their artisan bakery in 2020. Their breads are made with sourdough and organic flour and require slow baking. They also offer cookies, biscuits, cupcakes, muffins and cakes. With water, flour and salt, they make white bread, wholemeal bread, bread with seeds, rye bread, spelt bread, ciabatta bread, bread with nuts and raisins or white sliced bread. The bread of always, protagonist again.
