Mojo Rojo

The Mojo Rojo restaurant, located in the coastal town of Bajamar, in the municipality of La Laguna (Tenerife), represents the perfect synergy between tradition and avant-gardism. It offers market cuisine based on simplicity and a passion for Canarian produce.

Mojo Rojo's philosophy is based on going back in time and returning to the true Canarian origins in order to evolve its cuisine. That is why they have opted to recover the traditional wood-fired cooking to enjoy rice dishes that are a real delight to the palate, as well as their own elaboration of gofios, pickles, smoked meats and an endless number of new and original proposals on the menu.
