Description

The secret is in the dough, especially the pizzas. The "pizzaioli" of this restaurant have their own formula for mixing water, flour, salt and yeast. To get a special product they have a wood oven imported from Italy and built by hand by a craftsman on the premises. Small menu, but of quality, with pizzas where the products are combined with elegance in search of the taste of Naples.
