Description

Located in Tazacorte, on the west side of the island of La Palma, the Hotel Hacienda de Abajo is the result of the careful rehabilitation of an old 17th century sugar plantation, whose uniqueness has been officially recognised as the first emblematic hotel in the Canary Islands. Within a walled enclosure, you can choose accommodation in its four buildings distributed around an interior garden, where the hacienda's orchard was formerly located and which today contains exotic plants, species endemic to the Canary Islands and botanical rarities. It has 32 rooms (from 32 to 74 m²) decorated with works of art from the first to the 20th century, most of them with a balcony, terrace or garden. A place from the present to get lost in the past... or the future.
