Description
The natural beauty of the mountains surrounding the Caldera de Taburiente can be seen until you reach this restaurant housed in an old Canarian house from the 18th century. Located just in front of the only Plaza Terrera (stately, pentagonal in shape and with a large entrance door) that is still intact in all of the Canary Islands, it offers an updated traditional cuisine that fuses local dishes with those from other latitudes. With a focus on the product, they seek to transmit creativity and sensitivity for the Canarian gastronomy. Combinations of flavors and textures that do not leave indifferent.
