Description

The contrast of the black volcanic earth and the white salt is overwhelming when you visit the Salt Garden. A unique place in Fuencaliente where you can learn about the artisan process of making salt, enjoy the birds that stop in the wetlands or watch a magnificent sunset. And, of course, you can also enjoy the dishes in its wonderful restaurant. In his menu we can find, as it could not be otherwise, all kinds of salt: green or red mojo, black pepper, lime, lemon, squid ink or even Teneguía wine.

It bets on local products, especially fish, with the sable, butterfish or seafood such as prawns on a bed of sea salt. The meats are also delicious as well as their starters and original creations. Desserts like fleur de sel de lime in orange sorbet or cheese foam with fleur de sel. Ideally, choose a tasting menu so as not to miss anything.
