Description
The chef is the Peruvian Edwin Toledo, who mixes different dishes, cultures and ingredients (especially Peruvian and Asian cuisine) in a very personal gastronomic proposal. He takes care of the raw materials and seasonal products. His menu features fish, ceviche and tartar.
