Description
It is one of the cheese factories included in the Protected Designation of Origin for Flor de Guía, Queso de Media Flor de Guía and Queso de Guía. The cheese factory produces the so-called flower cheese. They are 100% handmade cheeses made from transhumant sheep. The product can be tasted and bought in the cheese factory itself, where they also receive tourist visits.
