Description

Cristóbal Moreno and Benedicta Ojeda run this cheese factory, with a history of more than eight decades. From November to August they produce an average of 20 cheeses a day of Queso Flor de Guía, Queso Media Flor de Guía and Queso de Guía', all made from 100 % Canary Island sheep's milk. Their products can be tasted and bought in the cheese shop itself.
