Contemporary European cuisine with vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan options. In the kitchen is Joao Faraco, best chef of the Canary Islands (2018) in GastroCanarias. He is committed to local ingredients, and takes care of the wine cellar and the cocktails, but his strong point is the flavours. You can choose from a tasting menu or a la carte, a menu that changes frequently. It's a special place that you won't find just passing through: you have to look for it.
