Description

In a house of indianos in the direction of the viewpoint of La Concepción, Casa Osmunda has always been a place dedicated to gastronomy and rest. In the past, palmeros and commercial travellers used to meet here when they travelled from Santa Cruz de La Palma to the Aridane Valley and vice versa. The creativity and selection of the best ingredients, if possible from the closest surroundings, give their dishes a special touch: cream of cured goat's cheese from Garafía with mojo, breaded courgettes with tomatoes and basil, chickpea stew with octopus and squid, are some of their tasty starters. All dishes are served freshly made - whether it's roast lamb, fresh fish caught by Palmeran fishermen or pork fillet with orange sauce. The menu also offers a good choice of starters and main dishes for vegetarians.

Our suggestion when choosing a site: the circular room located in the old cistern. And for a walk after lunch, there is nothing like walking to the church of La Concepción and to the viewpoint with the same name.
