Description

Located in La Restinga, it is one of the oldest restaurants in the area. Back in 1973, Don Juan returned from Venezuela and opened this restaurant which soon became known for its great seafood soup. Today, totally renovated, it maintains the name, the tradition and its star dish. But at the head of two young chefs, he bets on a traditional meal combined with innovation.

Attached to its seafaring environment, there is no lack of fresh fish brought to the village by the fishermen every day: dungarees, burgados, cabrillas, moray eels, yellowfin tuna, or shrimp. It always bets on the island's products, such as its smoked cheese croquette with pineapple or the creamy rice with goat meat. In addition to fish, there is no shortage of steaks and beefsteaks, which come from the mountains.
